                  - property will not be advertised until payment has been received
                  - if property is advertised and it sells, no refund will be given
                  - if payment is submitted and the property sells before it is advertised, a
                      refund will be given
                  - if a property sells, the unused pre-paid advertising is forfeited and cannot
                      be transferred to another property

           $200.00 per year (if the entire year is paid in advance)

           20% discount (if 5 or more advertisements are submitted at the same time
                                            from the same brokerage)
